Your property documentation package includes:

Standard Home Inventory

A DVD recording of the exterior and interior of your home or office and its contents.

Digital photographs to supplement the DVD. These high quality images record in greater detail your collectibles, guns, antiques, jewelry, furniture, cars, boats, Etc.

Printed Inventory of each item of value including a description and serial/model numbers. Estimated or appraised replacement value plus original cost as provided by you will also be included.

Backup Option: You may authorize Akamai to keep an off-site back-up for purposes of reporting in the event of a loss or claim.

Back-up and Annual Update Option: Includes the back-up service and an annual update. (For a small annual fee)

Documentation Only: Akamai will not keep any permanent record of your inventory after confirming the property documentation package has been received and approved.

Deluxe Home Inventory

If you have extensive collections or special circumstances you can choose the Deluxe Home Inventory. This service will be customized for your individual needs.
